Through Buildertrend, clients can:
- View real-time updates on construction progress
- Review and approve selections and change orders
- Track important milestones in the RTM homes construction timeline
- Communicate efficiently with the Destiny Homes team
This system ensures transparency and keeps all project details in one place.
Selections Shopping Made Simple
If selections have not been completed prior to signing, Destiny Homes will schedule a dedicated shopping day with the client. The goal is to finalize all allowances in one efficient and organized day, making the process as smooth as possible.
Allowances typically include:
- Flooring
- Cabinetry and countertops
- Tiling
- Lighting
Additional selections can be reviewed either in person or released through Buildertrend for convenient approval. This approach helps keep the RTM home process moving forward without unnecessary delays.
